These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.rimnova.eu and orders placed through the online store operated by RIMNOVA SRL.
By accessing the website and/or placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agree to:
all of which form an integral part of this contractual agreement.
RIMNOVA SRL sells new car wheels, intended for use on the specified compatible vehicles.
The products sold by RIMNOVA SRL are compatible aftermarket wheels, manufactured by independent manufacturers.
They are not OEM wheels of the car manufacturers and are not manufactured by or for them.
Any reference to car brands is used solely to identify product compatibility.
RIMNOVA SRL does not provide mounting, balancing or other related services.
The customer is responsible for:
– choosing the products correctly;
– verifying compatibility with the vehicle;
– mounting and using the products in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the applicable technical standards.
All orders are subject to stock availability.
The prices displayed on the website are expressed in lei and include VAT, and are final at the time the order is placed.
Payment can be made:
Online transactions are processed through authorized third-party providers that comply with the applicable legislation and security standards.
By completing the order, the customer confirms acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Return Policy.
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer, through partner courier companies.
Delivery times are estimated.
RIMNOVA SRL cannot be held liable for delays caused by:
Delivery costs are displayed and accepted by the customer at the time the order is placed.
The return conditions applicable to products sold by RIMNOVA SRL are detailed in a separate document, entitled “Return Policy”, available on the website in each sales listing.
The Return Policy:
Products sold by RIMNOVA SRL benefit from the legal warranty of conformity, in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance No. 140/2021, an obligation incumbent on RIMNOVA SRL as the seller, for a period of 2 years from delivery. A lack of conformity found within the first 12 months from delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
In addition, RIMNOVA SRL offers a commercial warranty of 3 years for manufacturing defects, under the conditions detailed in the warranty certificate. The commercial warranty does not affect the consumer's legal rights, which apply independently and with priority.
If a lack of conformity is found, the customer is obliged to notify RIMNOVA SRL within the period and under the conditions set out in the Return Policy, in order to initiate the verification, repair, replacement or refund procedure, as applicable.
RIMNOVA SRL cannot be held liable for:
RIMNOVA SRL's liability is limited exclusively to the value of the products purchased.
These limitations do not affect the rights granted to consumers by the mandatory legislation in force, including the rights arising from the legal warranty of conformity.
RIMNOVA SRL reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The updated version will be published on the website and will apply exclusively to orders placed after the date of publication. Orders placed previously remain governed by the version of the Terms and Conditions in force on the date they were placed.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law and by the applicable regulations of the European Union.
Any dispute arising between the parties will be settled by the competent courts of Romania.
