Return Policy: At RIMNOVA we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Below you will find the complete return conditions — both for withdrawal from the contract (no-reason returns) and for non-conforming products (defects).
1. The right of withdrawal from the contract (consumers — individuals)
If you are a consumer (an individual acting for purposes outside their commercial activity), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without having to justify your decision, in accordance with Art. 9 of Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals.
The 14-day period runs from the date on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the courier) take physical possession of the products. If delivery is made in a single order with several parcels, the period runs from receipt of the last parcel.
Using or mounting the products does not cancel the right of withdrawal. However, handling the products beyond what is necessary to inspect them may lead to a reduction of the refunded amount, under the conditions of section 5 below.
2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal
Before the 14-day period expires, you send us an unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw, through any of the following channels:
